HTML onwheel 属性
定义和用法
当指向设备的滚轮在元素上滚动向上或向下时，onwheel 属性将触发。
当用户使用触控板（如笔记本电脑的“鼠标”）滚动或缩放元素时，onwheel 属性也会触发。
适用范围
onwheel 属性是 事件属性 的一部分，可用于任何 HTML 元素。
